We have bubbling news for you: it’s time to get cheesy again at Zarah!
While temperatures in the capital keep falling and weekend plans switch from cold beers to mulled wine, we are getting ready to provide the ideal offering for wintertime that is melted cheese perfection!
To kick off the cheese fondue season, Friday, November 24th, we are hosting our special “Cheese Fondue Craze” event - a three-hour all-you-can-eat buffet session full of cheesy goodness.
From 7pm – 10pm our famous Cheese Fondue will be available which will be paired with a selection of free-flow appetizers such as bruschetta, salads and more, with all the fundamental fondue dippers. Cornichons, mini pearl onions, baby potatoes are just a few of the offerings that will be available in the “Cheese Fondue Craze” buffet. But why not giving some local variations a try? Have you ever considered pairing cheese with sweet and purple potatoes and lotus root? Since you live in Beijing and not on the Swiss Alps, this might be the right occasion to give this gooey delicacy a Chinese-style twist.
If you’re into cheese but also very into meat, our colorful buffet will also feature some cold cuts and sausages for you to choose from. To finish, indulge with our renowned homemade desserts.
Also starting from November 25th every night from 6pm onwards our regular Cheese Fondue will be available at Zarah (RMB 338 set for two, last order 9pm). But unfortunately, without our free-flow “Fondue Craze” buffet.
