This time, our buffet will feature a very special seasonal Beijing delicacy: “Xiang Chun” – tender toona sinensis leaves freshly harvested from our Mahogany tree in Zarah’s courtyard! A garlicky, earthy flavored spring delight directly from the tree to your plate with zero food miles!
Also, fresh spring rolls, rainbow veggie tortilla roll-ups, salmon & radish bruschetta with spring chives will be amongst our “Hello Spring” specials next to our beautiful selection of cheeses & cold cuts, freshly baked breads, homemade cakes etc. In order to help you to wash down all our spring delicacies with a refreshing sip, our signature cocktail Hugo will be included in our all-you-can-eat & drink option as a spring special. If you want to spice up it more, we’ll offer a free flow of high-quality wines, sparkling wine, Jing-A beer and Zarah’s secret-recipe cocktails for 3 hours.
