In line with the Meatless March initiative, we are excited to announce that we are hosting another round of “Vegan Vibes @ Zarah”, the 100% plant-based edition of our popular Sunday Brunch, which will take place on March 20th (10am – 2pm). Whether you are joining the “Meatless March Vegan Challenge”, or just fancy a delicious plant-based all-you-can-eat brunch, every Veg* status is welcome to join us! Our aim is to create a dialogue around sustainable food and to introduce you to interesting, vegan-friendly brands available in the capital. It is well-known that eating less meat and following a plant-rich diet not only enhances your health and animal welfare, but also has positive effects on the environment by reducing one’s food print. At our seventh “Vegan Vibes” brunch we will be partnering again with the Beijing-based meat alternative producer Zhenrou, who will enrich our buffet line with many plant-based meat dishes made of pea protein. Also the dairy alternative company Grassroots will be on board again featuring its delicious vegan cheese. Grassroots was founded in 2021 with the clear mission to develop plant-based dairy alternatives – completely free of cholesterol, hormones, antibiotics, and animal cruelty. And finally, our beautiful selection of colorful appetizers, healthy salads and dips, savory hot dishes, vegan sausages & cold cuts, and homemade vegan cakes from every corner of the globe will be included in the all-you-can-eat brunch at RMB 228 per person incl. one drink. Our all-you-can-eat-and-drink option (RMB 338 per person) will be on offer, with free flow wines & prosecco, Jing-A Mandarin Wheat and Zarah’s specialty cocktails using only seasonal and fresh ingredients. We will also turn our beautiful cappuccinos and lattes into delicious, vegan-friendly coffees prepared with oatmilk instead of cow’s milk.
